Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refunds are only applicable for annual subscription plans if requested within 7 days of purchase.
1.2. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

2. Conditions for Refund
2.1. A refund request must be submitted via email to growthmatic.io@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request.”
2.2. You must explain the reason for your dissatisfaction to help us improve the Service.

3. Exceptions to Refunds
3.1. No refunds will be issued for:

Partial months of use.
Downgrades in subscription plans.
3.2. Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
