Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with GrowthMatic. This page explains exactly when refunds apply, how to request one, and what to expect from the process.

The short version: We want you to be satisfied with GrowthMatic. If something goes wrong on our side, we will work with you to make it right. We do not offer automatic refunds for change-of-mind cancellations on active subscriptions, but we are always willing to have an honest conversation.

Our Commitment

GrowthMatic is a platform we stand behind. Before you commit to a paid subscription, we encourage you to book a free demo so you can see exactly how it works for your specific business. We would rather take 30 minutes to show you the product properly than have you sign up and discover it is not the right fit.

That said, we understand that circumstances change and things sometimes do not go as expected. This policy explains exactly when refunds apply and how to request one.

When Refunds Apply

Technical failures on our side

If GrowthMatic experiences a significant technical failure that prevents you from using core platform features for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or credit for the affected period.

Duplicate charges

If your account is charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.

Charges after account closure

If your account is charged after you have confirmed account closure with our support team, we will refund the erroneous charge in full.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Partial use of a subscription period, if you choose not to use the platform during an active billing period, the subscription fee is non-refundable for that period
  • Renewals, when your subscription renews automatically, the renewal fee is not refundable after the renewal date unless there was a billing error
  • Account suspension due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Features or integrations that were available at the time of signup but were later updated or removed, provided reasonable notice was given

We know this might sound firm, but the reason is simple: the platform is available for you to evaluate through a free demo before you commit. We invest significantly in onboarding every customer, and refunds on active subscriptions are not sustainable for that model.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate compared to quarterly plans. Given the nature of the discount, annual plans are generally non-refundable after the first 7 days.

However, if you experience a genuine hardship or a significant failure on our side during an annual plan, reach out to us. We will consider your situation individually and look for a fair resolution, which may include a prorated credit toward a future period or a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, here is what to do:

  1. Email growthmatic.io@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue
  2. Include any relevant details such as the date of charge, the amount, and a brief explanation of what went wrong
  3. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, contact us anyway. We would rather have an honest conversation than leave you feeling like there was nowhere to turn.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your GrowthMatic subscription at any time by contacting our support team at growthmatic.io@gmail.com .

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed
  • Your data remains accessible until the subscription period ends

Payment Disputes

Before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us directly at growthmatic.io@gmail.com . We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a formal dispute process, and we are always willing to work things out fairly.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is being investigated.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
