By signing up for GrowthMatic, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Continued use of GrowthMatic after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
GrowthMatic provides a business automation platform that includes the following:
The features available to your account depend on the plan you have subscribed to. We may update, add, or remove features over time and will provide reasonable notice for any significant removals.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you add team members to your account, you are responsible for their actions on the platform. Make sure they are aware of and agree to these terms.
GrowthMatic operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle, which may be quarterly or annual depending on the plan you select.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers where available. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment partners.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to collect payment again. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended until the balance is settled.
Applicable taxes will be added to your subscription fee based on your location and local tax laws. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the platform.
We may change subscription fees from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any fee change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your use of GrowthMatic involves the processing of data about you and your customers. Our Privacy Policy , which forms part of these terms, explains how we collect, use, store, and protect that data.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform. We do not sell your data or your customers data to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that your data collection and messaging practices comply with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining proper consent from your contacts before adding them to automated sequences.
GrowthMatic is designed for legitimate business use. You agree not to use the platform in the following ways:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
All intellectual property in the GrowthMatic platform, including its software, design, algorithms, branding, and documentation, belongs to GrowthMatic and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform itself.
You retain full ownership of the content you create and the data you input into the platform. By using GrowthMatic, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We aim to keep GrowthMatic available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Unplanned outages may occur and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, provided we have taken reasonable steps to maintain the platform and communicate disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthMatic and its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using GrowthMatic at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact our support team at growthmatic.io@gmail.com . Account closure takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate without notice.
On termination, your access to the platform ends. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for any disputes or legal requirements, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the platform. Changes take effect 30 days after notification unless you object in writing within that period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
